The evening is spent exploring the Temporal Gulch trail until it gets dark avoiding inquisitive cows and doing some light birdwatching
The afternoon is spent finding lunch and then exploring the interesting Patagonia Museum housed in a former school
On two separate visits we explore the Paton Center for Hummingbirds finding quite a few beautiful and special birds as well as enjoying the great weather
We have booked a birding tour early in the morning at Sonoita Creek Preserve taking us across this special and quite birdy natural area
We spend two nights in Patagonia in a small cabin located downtown with easy access to wine tasting on arrival and restaurants otherwise
Today is time for a short two mile loop through Usery Park with some great views before ending the day at the renovated pond
Today our major goal is attending the official opening of the Museum of the West in Scottdale with free entry and lots of events
