For the continent closest to us we have not visited South America nearly enough. We are looking forward to visit a few more countries with quite a few of them on the short list of countries we intend to visit next. There is a great mix of history, culture and nature depending on the country but each of them has a lot of highlights worth visiting.

Our first guided tour is in Guyana discovering waterfalls, hidden trails through the jungle and lots of hidden birds and mammals while avoiding the heat as much as possible
