We spend a long weekend near Temecula attending Destination Defender West, a Land Rover event, and also just exploring the area. Unfortunately both experiences are marred by lots of unseasonal rain that makes both getting there and just being outside more difficult. Still we have great fun at the event, when it is not raining, and there are some beautiful birds and areas here so overall it was a worthwhile trip.

- Airstream AirBnB experience
On a weekend trip to attend a Land Rover event in Temecula we spend two nights in an Airstream AirBnB with some nice views and lots of birds - Rained out at Destination Defender West
The main goal for the trip is Destination Defender West that we visit twice during the weekend doing our best to avoid the rain and mud - Nice Temecula Creek Trail Park
After finishing the expo we make our way to Temecula Creek Trail Park for a couple hours of hiking, birding and geocaching in a nice city park - Short jaunt on Ramona Trail
Returning from Temecula we want to look for some special birds at Ramona trailhead if the weather remains on our side but unfortunately it does not
