It is a relatively long drive to Fortune from Saint John’s, about four hours so we decide to not stop that much as we want to arrive during daylight to actually find the AirBnB. It is a nice drive however and when it gets boring we stop to find a cache before moving on.
It takes a bit to find the AirBnB in fact we drive a few times before we finally discover the right house. However inside it is quite cool with decorations from Star Wars and Avengers movies and lots of Alexas, interesting.
We also have our choice of bedrooms and in the end choose one at random and it is time to sleep after dinner as tomorrow we have a full day planned visiting another country, Saint Pierre and Miquelon.
In the morning we walk to the ferry, that is the reason we reserved this AirBnB to not have to drive and find a parking space that early in the morning.
It is a ten minute walk and after buying the tickets we explore the Geology Center from the outside and then wait for the ferry to Saint Pierre, that part of the trip is a different entry.
