From the hospital it is a short distance to the Botanical Garden. Therefore we are quite surprised after the solitude at the interesting abandoned hospital to see the parking lot quite full at the Botanical Garden. And the mix is also not favorable to birdwatching with many screaming kid making hearing anything quite difficult and scaring everythin away.
The garden itself is small but interesting with good description plaques. We try to wander around a bit to enjoy the views and to get away from all the screaming.
We find a trail at the backend of the garden that leads down up a number of stairs and as such is not that attractive for most visitors. Here we see some common Cyprus birds but really nothing that exciting so soon we decide to return to the car and continue on, downwards.
