Edro III Shipwreck

Next stop on our route is the Edro III shipwreck. What we like in Cyprus is that parking is very haphazard, you can park almost everywhere which makes finding parking easy. Like here near the shipwreck we just leave the car in a spot just a bit off road and walk the rest of the way to the beautiful seashore.

There are banana plantations nearby which are always interesting to see and lots of Crested Lark which should be the national bird of Cyprus given how many we see during our trip.

The shipwreck is easily visible from the shore. It ran aground in 2011 during heavy seas and was left here due to the difficulty of removal. It is quite scenic and we walk around it taking photos all around it.

The houses here are quite impressive with each access to the coast and some great views, we are jealous of them, just a little bit.
