After arriving as we explore the city we find the small Municipal Museum nearby. As our relatives are tired after the two hour drive they went to sleep so we decide to explore the museum until they wake up. We assume that it is a small museum but inside it is larger than we expect with two sections, history and natural history and we start with history first which is spread across multiple rooms.
There are some interesting exhibits that we really enjoy as we learn the history of the town and the area. It was quite an important town in medieval times with the Transylvanian Diet (Parliament) being held four times here, exactly in the house that is now a museum.
After finishing the history section our relatives call us that they are now awake so we skim through the natural history section which has some interesting exhibits like the dinosaur eggs, really cool. And then we hurry back to the hotel to pick our relatives to go to the Fortified Church next.
