We finish the day with a trip to the Alta Lakes. Our book is saying that the road is easy which it is but it is one way only for quite some time with a steep drop on one side making it a bit of white knuckle driving. On top we explore the beautiful area and enjoy the views.
And of course visit the Alta Ghost Town the major attraction for us on the road. Here the ghost town is well preserved and the buildings are quite scenic but you cannot approach them as they are fenced in.
In the evening we celebrate the great day with a dinner at a Thai restaurant. The food is very good and satiated we return to the accomodation for the night.
