Today we explore an area west of Phoenix with a few caches, specifically Aguila Road. Here we stop along the road and walk through the desert finding geocaches near and far. The desert here is nice walking if we avoid the cholla patches and the caches are relatively easy.
As this area is accesible by car there is a lot of trash in the desert. Most of it are cans, hundreds and hundreds of cans along the road.
As we crossed the canal on our search for caches we now suddenly find ourselves on the other side from most other visitors to the area, which is just how we like it. The cows also like this side more as we see quite a few as we make our way back to the car in the evening after the last cache of the day before returning to Phoenix.
